Made for how rentals work in Trinidad and Tobago
AzulSpace started in Trinidad and Tobago. It works out each landlord's Landlord Business Surcharge every quarter (2.5% of gross rent up to TT$20,000, 3.5% of the whole amount above it), records whether the owner or the agency pays it, and tracks BIR premises registration.
