Made for how rentals work in Jamaica
Rents, deposits, fees and statements are kept in J$. Statements show each owner exactly what was collected, spent on repairs and paid out, which makes year-end figures for the owner's accountant straightforward.
Owner statements and payouts
Every owner gets a monthly statement: rent received, repairs, your fees and payouts, as a private link they can save as a PDF. Owners can also sign in to their own landlord portal.
Leases signed online
Prepare a lease from your template with the renter, property, rent and dates filled in. You sign, then the renter signs on their phone from a link.
Properties on a map
Type an address in Kingston, Montego Bay, Spanish Town, Portmore or Ocho Rios and the property lands on the map, coloured by whether it's rented, vacant or owing rent.
Repairs and vendors
Send jobs to your plumbers, electricians and yard crews by WhatsApp link, approve quotes, keep photos and recharge costs to the owner. Set regular jobs to repeat.
Your fees and commissions
Management fees from rent collected, letting and renewal fees, and each agent's share of commission, with what's owed and what's paid.
