Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AzulSpace LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AzulSpace", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit azulspace.com, use the AzulSpace app or demo, or when a property manager or agency uses AzulSpace to keep records about you.
1. Two kinds of information, two roles
- Information about our customers and visitors. When you create an account, pay for a plan, contact us or visit our website, AzulSpace decides how that information is used and is responsible for it as the controller.
- Information agencies keep in AzulSpace. Agencies, property managers and landlords ("customers") use AzulSpace to record details about landlords, renters, vendors, staff and properties. For that information, the customer is the controller and AzulSpace processes it on the customer's behalf, under our Terms of Service. If you are a renter, landlord or vendor and have questions about your records, please contact the agency or landlord who manages them first. We will help them respond.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider), role and the agency you belong to. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and account ID with us; we do not get your Google password or access to your other Google data.
- Agency details: agency name, contact details, country, currency, time zone, language, logo and bank details for rent.
- Records customers enter: landlords, renters and vendors (names, contact details, identification and employment details if the agency records them), properties and units, leases, rent, deposits, payments and receipts, fees, repairs, log book entries, appointments, documents and photos, inspection results, and electronic signatures with the name typed, the time and the device's browser details.
- Billing: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Connected Stripe accounts: if an agency or landlord connects their own Stripe account, we store a restricted key for that account in encrypted form, used only to open card checkouts for rent and to be told when they are paid.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and error logs, kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the Service. For the demo, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for an hour to limit abuse.
- Messages with us: emails and the information you include in them.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: sign you in, store and show your records, prepare receipts, statements, reminders, agreements and reports, and send the emails and notifications you or your agency switch on.
- To bill for plans and manage trials and subscriptions.
- To keep the Service secure: preventing fraud and abuse, protecting accounts and investigating problems.
- To support you and answer your questions.
- To send service messages, such as trial reminders, billing notices and important changes. We do not send marketing emails without your permission, and you can opt out of any marketing at any time.
- To improve the Service, using aggregated information that does not identify customers' renters or landlords.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Service; complying with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage;
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose "Continue with Google";
- Vercel: hosting of the website and app;
- Stripe: subscription payments, and card checkouts for customers who connect their own Stripe account;
- Resend: delivery of emails sent by the Service;
- Cloudflare: bot checks (Turnstile) on the sign-in, sign-up, password reset and demo pages;
- OpenStreetMap services: address search (the address you type is sent to find it on the map) and map images;
- the push service of your browser or phone (for example Apple, Google or Mozilla) for notifications you switch on.
- The people your agency chooses: for example, a renter sees their own balance and receipts, a landlord sees their own properties and statements, and a vendor sees the job sent to them.
- WhatsApp: messages are sent from your own WhatsApp app when you choose to send them, under WhatsApp's own terms.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A buyer or successor if AzulSpace's business is sold or reorganised, under the same protections.
5. Where it is stored
Our providers store and process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. When information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
- Customer records are kept while the agency's account is active. If an account is closed, the agency can export reports for 30 days; records are then deleted from the live systems, and from backups as they are overwritten. If the owner deletes the agency in the app, it is deleted from the live systems straight away.
- If you delete your own account, your sign-in is deleted straight away. Records an agency keeps about you (for example a lease or payments) stay with that agency, which decides how long to keep them.
- Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Demo data is deleted about one hour after the demo starts.
- Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting providers.
7. Security
Each agency's data is kept separate at the database level, all traffic is encrypted, files are stored privately and can only be opened with short-lived links, staff only see the properties assigned to them, secret keys are kept on the server or encrypted, and private links (statements, signing, jobs) use long random codes. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us about any concern at azulspace@outlook.com.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict some uses; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data protection authority. Many details can be changed directly in the app, and you can delete your own account there at any time. To make a request, email azulspace@outlook.com. If your information is held by an agency, we may pass your request to that agency, which decides how to respond. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California and other US states: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we only use sensitive information to provide the Service.
9. Children
The Service is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 for their own account.
10. Cookies and similar technology
We only use storage that the Service needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. See our Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a significant change, we will tell customers by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
